If "Ask to Buy" is turned off for your account, you should be able to purchase items from the App Store without needing approval from the family organizer. If you are still being prompted to "Ask the Family Organizer" when trying to make a purchase, it is possible that there may be an issue with your account or the App Store. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Restart your iPhone: Try restarting your iPhone to see if that resolves the issue. To restart your iPhone, press and hold the "Power" button until the "Slide to Power Off" slider appears. Then, slide the slider to power off your device. Wait a few seconds, then press and hold the "Power" button again to turn it back on.
  2. Check your internet connection: Make sure that your iPhone is connected to a stable internet connection. If you are connected to a public WiFi network or a cellular network with a weak signal, you may have trouble making purchases from the App Store.
  3. Check your payment method: Make sure that you have a valid payment method set up in your Apple ID account. You can check and update your payment information by going to "Settings" > "Your Name" > "Payment & Shipping" on your iPhone.
  4. Check for updates: Make sure that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. You can check for updates by going to "Settings" > "General" > "Software Update".
  5. Contact Apple support: If you have tried all of the above steps and are still experiencing issues with "Ask to Buy", it may be best to contact Apple support for further assistance. They will be able to investigate the issue and provide you with additional troubleshooting steps.

I hope these steps are helpful in resolving the issue you are experiencing with "Ask to Buy" on your iPhone. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
