My all pic deleted what can I do

iCloud Photos can store your photos, so if they are missing, then it's possible the feature has been disabled. To check if your photos are with iCloud, use a browser and visit iCloud.com, as outlined here:

You can view photos and videos stored in iCloud Photos using a web browser.

If you see the photos online, then turn on iCloud Photos on your iPhone to allow the photos to sync back to your device: If you're missing photos or videos in the Photos app - Apple Support

iCloud Photos securely stores all of your photos and videos in iCloud, so that you can access them on all your devices. If you took a photo on your iPhone with iCloud Photos turned on but later turned the feature off, you might still be able to find a missing photo in iCloud Photos.
