Can't change region and need to wait a half of the year.

I have an active subscription which will expire in a half of the year (15 of July 2023).

I wrote to the support, only one option they told me to try to refund my purchase. Anyway, it doesn't work for me because the purchase was too old too refund, I just don't have this option.


I'm okay to force the change and forget about this subscription. But Apple doesn't have such option.


I can't use my current region payment method. I can't use Apple Music/ICloud/Apple TV for the next 6 month.


As I see I can create new apple account(I don't want to loose my photos/videos and ecosystem) or wait half of the year.

Do there any other options?
