My phone is in sos mode I tried to do what the app told me but it still doesn’t work

iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 16

1.

Try to do a force restart -> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)

 

2.

If it doesn't help, remove and reinsert the SIM card.
