What I can do? I buy an Apple Watch 6, but the last owner not delete the account of the Apple Watch in the cloud, I tried set up in my account but the system not let me.

Hi there are two things you can do, one ask the seller to remove the Watch from his Apple ID or to go to Apple to do them prove of purchase and get the id removed from them
