Return of my iPhone
It was supposed to be returned last week, but the courier never turned up then I spoke to Apple just before Christmas. She told me that I would come Monday, but no one came.

You have posted to a user-to-user support site. We are all users......just like you. Apple is not here.
Unfortunately, no one here is going to be able to help with your return and/or repair. All that you can do is attempt to keep working with Apple Support.
