Need Help!! Did not have this issue before. My earphones for some reason keep disconnecting from my iPhone. I've forgotten this device multiple time and then paired it again & again. I've also done multiple resets and still not working. The crazy thing is that they're almost fully (97%) charged and red light continues to blink. Which is an indicator that they are almost out of battery juice.

Does this issue occur with multiple devices paired with the earphones? If so, contacting Apple Support is the best path forward to resolve this issue. They will be best equipped to address this:

Yes, I’ve done that process and nothing seems to work. Red light goes on when I turn them on then it goes pink, red and white when I place them around my neck they disconnect and red/white light flashes. And they are disconnected again. I had this issue a long while back. I sent them out and got them replaced. But it seems that it’s a constant issue with them because now it’s happening again.
