How come I am unable to receive calls with my esim but can make calls?

Call failed e-sim I successfully activated an e-SIM on my iPhone 14, allowing me to receive calls and texts; however, I'm unable to make outgoing calls. Whenever I try, I encounter a "call failed" screen. Despite following all the available online troubleshooting steps and seeking assistance from my carrier, the issue remains unresolved.

Unable to ring or receive phone calls For the last 2days I have not able to recieve or make calls. I can however communicate via txt wifi. I have gone down the carriers path and all is good with my sim. I have tried troubleshooting to no avail. Please help if you can.

Please contact your carrier. A Voice Call issue has nothing to do with an iPhone
