Outgoing calls fail and incoming calls go straight to vm on my e-sim line I have a dual sim phone. I have a number assigned to my esim. However outgoing calls fail and incoming calls go straight to vm. Is there something I can do or do I need to go into my wireless carrier’s store to fix the problem?

is it normal that the other sim loses signal when calling from one ? i have a 14 pro and im using 2 eSIMs when i make a call on one of them the other one slowly loses signal until its completely gone this happens with both lines is this normal behaviour or a bug ?

I suggest that you contact your eSIM provider (carrier) about that.
