ipad 10th generation with 1st generation pencil
My daughter's both got 10th generation ipads for Christmas along with 1st generation pencils. We couldn't get the pencils to pair, talked with apple chat, no luck, an apple support person called after the claim was escalated. Only to find out some of the 1st generation pencils will not pair with the ipad 10th generation. So off to exchange the pencils until we find 2 that will pair!? Well done, Apple, well done. I hope this helps someone who may be having the same issue :(
