was still helping me to figure out the compass direction about my New Pro Max and we agreed to continue our talk at 12.30 Thai time. Now, it’s 13.00 and I havent received his call yet.

A user has a choice of using Magnetic north or True north.
Is this possibly the issue you are having?
If so, Go into your phone Settings (the gear icon), Scroll down the screen and click on Compass. In the next screen you will find a switch to activate "True North" instead of magnetic north.
Hopefully this will help you out ;-)
