Imessage activation problem

Hello please i need help. Couple of days ago after i’ve changed my phone from iphone 6 s to iphone 10 it is impossible to activate imessage on my phone number which remains same. First of all i’ve checked internet connection (both) than phone settings and so on. After i’ve visited office of my provaider where they told me that there was no problem but problem remains unsolved because imessage is still disabled. please help me with activation. Thank you in advance

To activate iMessage and FaceTime using your Phone number

First, check to know whether you have an SMS plan enabled at least for One SMS*** with your carrier. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider) the agency that issued the SIM to you

If your iPhone is used with a carrier not found in the wireless carrier articles, make sure you can send and receive international SMS. (One SMS*** Only)

If you can't turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime - Apple ...

*** You may not have an SMS plan enabled by your carrier for the SIM/eSIM that you use on your device. Apple Inc does not provide SMS services.

Are you able to send international SMSs? If you may have a Carrier not listed here --> wireless carrier articles then you would need International SMS services.

If your iPhone is used with a carrier not found in the wireless carrier articles, make sure you can send and receive international SMS. (One SMS*** Only)

Thank you very much for so prompt answer. I have already check sms service and it is ok . Problem is within activaiton imessage on phone number because on email it works without problem. i’ve contacted provaider they’ve checked internet connections and sms service and told me that there is no any problem from there side. They adviced me to contact imessage support
