Wrist raise activation

my watch has stopped activating when I raise my wrist, all settings are correct and it was working, fully charged as well.

Try a simple Forced Restart:


Press and hold BOTH the digital crown and elongated power buttons at the SAME time. Keep holding both until the screen goes dark and keep holding both until the Apple Logo appears, which can take several seconds. Then let go. Sign back in when prompted and see of normal operation resumes. If no, the gyroscope or accelerometer may have become damaged. That would require a watch replacement.
