Health App: "My Chart" app "Clinical Vitals" Units of Measure

Health App "Clinical Vitals" (from my Doctor's "My Chart" app records) are shown/expressed/ converted to metric units. Original data source in imperial units. Please advise how to change settings to ensure values are imported into and expressed in the Apple Health app in original (imperial) values.

Note: There is no option available to change the unit of measure for these records as there is for example for walking, running, or distance date.....eg. Health Data (tab) > Activity > Walking + Running Distance > Unit > select mi or km.
