my iTunes account has been disabled?

I can't use my iCloud or apps, or anything on iPhone or Mac book. I keep getting message that says iTunes has been disabled and I have to contact them? please help and then my Mac desktop is froze after updating it. I can't log in ugh

As the message states, you will need to contact Apple about the disabled account. This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. You will need to contact Apple Support.
