This should be accepted in the Watch App on your iPhone, which is where you do the update to your watch.

My phone is an iPhone 13 with iOS 16.1.5. The problem is that when it says that you have to accept the t’s & c’s there is no way to display the page to accept either on the phone or the watch.

Yes that’s where I was but the t’s & c’s page would not appear. Anyway, I decided to switch my phone off and on, start the process again and……..success! Thanks for your assistance.
