I cannot get the photo share frame app to download
How do I get the photo share frame app to download on my i7 plus phone; it just keeps spinning and spinning.

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
