Resistance settings with Apple Fitness rowing classes.
I am just starting to use Apple Fitness with my Nordictrack RW900 rower. I have been rowing steadily now for about 3 years and have become fairly proficient. I actually like the on water rowing classes on iFit, but want to start taking Apple Fitness+ rowing classes. I am struggling to determine what resistance level to use with the rowing classes. I am used to focusing in stroke rate, 500M split times and resistance when rowing.
Can anyone help me what resistance level is used. I know the rower used in the classes have 5 levels of resistance.
I actually have the same question about cycling classes since I have a Peloton bike.
