Multiple phones with multiple problems after update.

I have two iphone Xr and an iphone 12 mini that are all behaving strangely after the recent updates. Phones stop responding to touch input, can't turn them off, flash light turned off by itself, then came back on by itself. Anyone else seeing strange behaviors? Can I downgrade back to ios 15?

No, downgrading iOS is not possible. Try and force restart the iPhones to see if the problems persist
