Multiple phones with multiple problems after update.

I have two iphone Xr and an iphone 12 mini that are all behaving strangely after the recent updates. Phones stop responding to touch input, can't turn them off, flash light turned off by itself, then came back on by itself. Anyone else seeing strange behaviors? Can I downgrade back to ios 15?

  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
