How do I get pictures off my iphone to a CD disk and or other ways

Hello, I am an Apt manager and I take 100`s of pictures for move-outs move-in`s and property pictures for my job. When I had an Android it was as easy as plugging my phone into my Computer and there they were ready to copy to the CD disks and send with my files, removing the pics I needed when I needed them super-easy.

But I am not an iPhone user both personally and for my job and I now have 1000`s of pics on both phones( iPhone 11 and iPhone 12) that I need to take off and copy to CD disks as well as upload to Zips and I am having a terrible time trying to figure it out, it appears to have multiple steps for this :( Please help
