I have an IPhone 13 Pro, and with the new IOS 16 update, you have to swipe down from the top to be able to get to your “Lock Screen” so that way you can get to your Notification Center, when you get to your supposed “Lock Screen” you have to swipe up to actually get to your Notification Center, but my Notification Center shows up even without having to swipe up on the “Lock Screen” and I wanna know why it’s doing that now.

Right. That’s how it works, unless you turn it off as explained in the section I referenced above.

Hi, hello again, I also have Do not disturb and have it to where only certain apps can send me notifications, but the one of the apps that aren’t allowed to send me notifications (Insta) show up anyways.
You see, I don’t know how to exactly explain what the issue is. But my notifications show up without me having to swipe up to get them.
