how do i get my battery health back up?? like where it says maximum capacity mine says 74% and when i charge my phone it will stay at 80% for a good hour before going up to 100

Maximum capacity is your battery health and should not be fluctuating like that.
If it is below 80%, you may want to investigate having your battery replaced.
