How to disable COMMAND - TAB function

Is there a way to disable the COMMAND - TAB function?

or can you at least disable it when a certain app is running?

I am on a 2015 Macbook Pro running with Catalina.

Why does Option + Command + P open up Preferences for foreground app? On my system (macOS Catalina, 10.15.4 (19E287)), pressing ⌥⌘P (Option + Command + P) brings up Preferences for the open app. This causes a conflict in some apps I use, so I would like to remove that shortcut. Where does this come from? The global default for Preferences is ⌘, (Command + Comma) also works fine. I can't find that it would be set anywhere in System Preferences → Keyboard → Shortcuts.

I don't think it is possible as it is built into macOS.
