AirPods stuck in Customs

I ordered AirPods 2nd gen and on the ups app it’s showing me this message.Your package is pending release from a non-UPS broker. Contact the non-UPS broker for additional information.

2022-12-29 5:50 AM. They haven’t even given me any information or telephone number to call the non- ups broker. I live in Ontario and I just do not get why my AirPods are imported from usa. They should have a warehouse in Ontario or asleast in Canada so they can ship quickly and customers like me do not have to wait for weeks
