If your Apple Watch was previously paired with your iPhone but is no longer showing up in the "Watch" app, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Make sure that your iPhone and Apple Watch are updated to the latest version of iOS and watchOS, respectively. To check for updates on your iPhone, go to Settings > General > Software Update. To check for updates on your Apple Watch, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
  2. Make sure that your iPhone and Apple Watch are within range of each other. The Apple Watch should be within a few meters of your iPhone in order to connect.
  3. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on both devices. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure it is enabled. On your Apple Watch, go to Settings > Bluetooth and make sure it is enabled.
  4. Restart your iPhone and Apple Watch. To restart your iPhone, press and hold the power button and the home button until the Apple logo appears. To restart your Apple Watch, press and hold the side button until the power off menu appears. Then, slide the power off slider to turn off the watch and turn it back on by pressing and holding the side button again.
  5. If your Apple Watch is still not showing up in the "Watch" app, try forgetting the device on your iPhone and re-pairing it. To do this, go to Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone and tap the (i) icon next to the name of your Apple Watch. Then, tap "Forget this device" and follow the instructions to re-pair your watch.

I hope these solutions help you fix the issue with your paired Apple Watch not showing up in the "Watch" app. If you are still having problems, you may need to get more help from Apple or a qualified technician.
