I need ios 13.0 to install some apps from apps store

You can’t. The iPhone 6 is not compatible with anything later than ios 12.5.6.

Your iPhone 6 cannot be updated to iOS 13. It lacks components needed to run newer software. If you want a newer version, you will need a newer phone.

Unfortunately, you can not.

The iPhone 6 can not be updated beyond iOS 12.5.6.
