My dad recently sent me a picture asking for help on how to remove this large, what looks like, Wi-Fi status bar icon in the middle of his screen. I have looked through multiple forums and what I feel like is all of the settings related to this but I cannot find an answer. Currently the only way he get it to go away is by turning the phone on and off but we would like to figure out why it is happening and how to prevent it.
