Spotify drops off Apple watch

Spotify disconnects from Apple Watch when away from iPhone even though all updated and I have a cellular plan. Works for a while and then stops after about 30 minutes. Won’t reconnect with Spotify but will play iTunes.

problem with Spotify on Apple Watch ultra When on cellular, i can only play the first four minutes of a song on Spotify using my apple watch ultra. was not a problem with my old apple watch 7. music stops abruptly around 4 minutes. the app seems frozen but it is not. when i come close to my iphone it will work again. i have to close the Spotify app and restart it for it to unfreeze and play another 4 minutes before it's stuck again. This is not a problem with my apple music app on cellular only. So i think it is a Spotify specific problem.

Spotify stopping on Apple Watch Ultra with cellular When I’m not near my phone or it is off and I am using the Spotify app on the watch with Air Pods Pro (Generation 2), after the song I initially play, it stops and you can’t skip to the next song, start a new one, play a different artist, etc., unless you Kay it the app and restart it. Then this just repeats each time. Has anyone else experienced this? Everything is up to date as far as software versions go.
