New bought iPhone 11 freezing

I recently bought a iPhone 11

and tried setting it up but when I click United States to set my language it freezes I tried resetting and it still freezes anyway I can fix this?

Have you tried a forced restart?


  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
