If you are having issues using Apple Pay at a store, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure that your device is compatible with Apple Pay. Apple Pay is supported on iPhone SE (2020), iPhone 6 and later, and iPod touch (7th generation) with the latest version of iOS, and on Apple Watch with the latest version of watchOS.
  2. Check that your device is set up correctly for Apple Pay. To use Apple Pay, you need to add a debit or credit card to your device and set it as your default payment method. To check that your card is set up correctly, go to the Wallet app on your device, tap on the card, and make sure that the card information is correct.
  3. Make sure that you are in a location that accepts Apple Pay. Apple Pay is accepted at a wide range of merchants, including stores, restaurants, and online retailers. If you are not sure if a particular store accepts Apple Pay, you can ask a member of the store's staff or check the store's website.
  4. Try using a different payment method. If you are still having issues using Apple Pay, you can try using a different payment method, such as a debit or credit card, or cash.
  5. If none of the above steps help, you may need to contact your bank or credit card issuer to see if there are any issues with your account that are preventing you from using Apple Pay. You can also contact Apple Support for further assistance.
