After upgrading Mac Studio to Ventura - Logitech scroll wheel no longer works when linking keyboard and mouse

Just updated my Mac Studio from Monterey 12.6.2 to Ventura 13.1 and lost the ability to use my Logitech mouse scroll wheel when linking mouse and keyboard from my M1 MBP already running on 13.1.

I use the MBP as my main machine with the Mac Studio as a secondary any linking mouse and keyboard. Worked fine this morning when the Mac Studio was running 12.6.2 but now no go. I have restarted both machines and checked the Logi Options on the MBP - version 10.00.75 running and with no updates available.

If I scroll on the MBP's Trackpad - two-finger scrolling work over Keyboard and Mouse linking.

I still have a MBP (2019 Intel) running Monterey 12.6.1 and when connecting to that mac, scrolling works from the M1 MBP...

Any clues what I can do?

I thought it was a good idea to have them both on the same OS version but now I regret this update...

OK - uninstall, reboot and reinstall didn't do anything.

Out of frustration I then uninstalled it again and rebooted and was surprised to see the scroll wheel working on linked computers. Sadly without Logi Options installed I lose all customization gestures but at least basic functions work.

Luckily my Unifying receiver is already paired with my mouse so I guess I won't need the software until this pairing fails.

Curious as to what brand you are using instead. The Anywhere MX has been my go-to-mouse for more than 15 years with the free-spinning wheel and a form that fits (I'm a leftie so a symmetric right-hand mouse is what works best).

I use a Trackpad. Haven't used a mouse (except at work because we are stuck with Windows) probably since I dumped the MX1000.
