Missed Phone call notification is not clearing on iPhone 13 Pro Max

If anyone has any idea how to reset this, I’d be very grateful. Already deleted all missed calls and recent calls lists and the icon is still looking like this:

Why won't the missed call notification go away even after deleting the call log? I’ve deleted the call log, and everything, and it still shows I have 8 missed calls. Phone notifications have disappeared When I am talking on the phone and I had an incoming call, the phone used to beep and I would get a full screen notification with the caller and a choice to accept, hang up, or hold. lately all I get is a beeping when I’m on a call. No screen info at all. iPhone 12 with iOS 16.2 i have turned on notification for calls in settings. Don’t know how to fix this.

First, Restart your iPhone - Apple Support.

If the issue persists, you may need to contact your carrier: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support.
