What to do with old iPad Air A1474 64gb
Doesn’t charge and wondered how to dispose of it safely n ensure there’s no information left on there. I’ve got another iPad with all my information on.

Assuming that the iPad can be accessed while it is connected to its Power Adapter, you can properly prepare it for disposal by following this process:

If the iPad will not successfully boot when connected to external power, you have no technical means by which to erase the iPad. In such circumstances, your data should remain safe - and the iPad uses an encrypted filesystem. Without your Passcode, the encryption keys necessary to access data will remain beyond reach - as will your locally stored data.
