Default Backgrounds no longer downloaded after update

Hey,

for a few months, I've noticed the default wallpapers that you can

download randomly get removed, and you have to download them again.

After updating to 12.6 and then to 13.0 I've noticed them disappear both

times. Do they just get removed after rebooting/updating or is there

another issue? Can I stop this somehow? It kind of annoys me as I'm often in environments with bad or no internet connection and have the urge to have this stuff on demand. I know, very specific.

Every time I've asked about this, I've been told that it's a minor bug and I should wait for the next update

After checking, it seems that they really reset on reboot

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.0

Can you verify your software is up to date…

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.1
