Group message with Android users

My wife and I recently got an iPhone 14 with the recent iOS update. We have had trouble sending text to a group message with an android user. We talked to Verizon and Apple for help and followed all their suggestions, yet it remain unresolved. We tried resetting the network, resetting the phone, turning one and off the iMessage sent&test, group message, SMS, etc., Apple suggested having our carrier reprovision the network for group message. Completed that, but it remains unfix. They told us to wait until the New Year for the update.


Does anyone have this same issue? Any other suggestions we could do to resolve this? The last option we did not do is to do a factory reset.

Verizon CAN fix this issue, but it may require that you ask for a supervisor if the first person can't help you.

I had the very same issue.

Here's another something that I read the other day. People were able to fix it by themselves by just logging into their "Verizon".

Look at this screenshot:

The toggles that this user mentions can be found by going to Settings, >Messages and then scrolling halfway down the screen.
