Problem with iCloud

Dear Sir,

In August, I activated iCloud memory of 200 GB, which is 2.99 euros per month. This amount was paid regularly for the first two months. After that, for the next two months, he deducts that certain amount plus some 9.99 euros. I will send pictures as proof.
Please look into this and refund my money.

Sounds like you may have an unrecognized charge. You may need to reach out to the billing team at Apple Support for assistance however there are few steps you can take to attempt to identify the charge.

1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. A list of purchases appears. To see family members' purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member.
4. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.
