You have 60 days from the date of purchase to acquire Apple Care+ for your iPhone if available in your country.

If its been more than 60 days since you bought it, it is no longer eligible for Apple Care+.

If its issuing a specific error, when trying to acquire it and its been less than 60 days since you bought the iPhone from Apple, or an Authorized Apple reseller, then please post the complete error message here.
