Create custom keyboard shortcuts for Mail app?

Is it possible to create a custom keyboard shortcut to send emails within the Mail app? I'd like to use command+return (like Outlook) instead of shift+command+d (system default).

Changing Apple Mail's "Send" keyboard shortcut I'd like to replace the usual "Send" keyboard shortcut in Apple Mail with the fast and easy one from Outlook: command-return. When I do this in system settings, it seems to work, but in the Mail app menu bar the replacement is instead shift-command-return. Anyone know why? Maybe command-return is already in use?

Sending rich text email via Shortcuts on Mac shows HTML text in Apple Mail compose on macOS I have created a small a shortcut using Shortcuts on Mac to send email. It takes markdown text, converts it into rich text and passes on to Send Email action. Below is the screenshot. But when the Apple Mail compose shows up it ends up showing HTML text. Below is the screenshot. In my Mail Preferences > Composing > Message format is set to Rich Text. This shortcut works perfectly fine on iOS and shows me formatted text. Is there any other setting that I need to update? How can I get rich text in Apple Mail compose?

Send later button missing in Apple Mail This Help page shows that Apple Mail should have a "Send later" option to schedule mail: Write, send and schedule emails in Mail on Mac - Apple Support (HK) However, the drop-down next to the send button is missing from my Apple Mail app: How can I turn on this feature?
