Cannot add a second (2nd) credit card to Wallet

I'm using iPhone SE (2) and iOS 16.2.

I added a VISA credit card to Wallet for use with Apple Pay. Worked like charme. When clicking on the "+" at the upper right, to add a second credit card, all I get is a message as per attached screenshot, offering two options, i.e. "more infos" (which opens in Safari browser) or "cancel". No option to add something new such as another credit card. I rebooted the phone but no improvements. Both cards are registered in my account for available payment methods. Looks like a bug to me. Any ideas please?

Thank you for your reply but unfortunately it does not apply for my issue. I could add a first card but I can't add a second. It's not that I get any error message but I simply don't get any option to add another card. The problem is not connected to cards itself. All I get is the message in above screenshot which does not provide any option to install further cards.
