Jump that far into the future, Catalina released in Oct 2019 to Ventura released Oct 2022 might work but the caveat is that there have been many changes since that time ( 2019 ) to ( 2022 )
I personally would suggest going that it in steps. Catalina to Bug Sur and pause there. Move up to Monterey when all is sorted out. Then move up to Ventura.
Notation and specific to Monterey and above. If the computer has a Non Apple Original Internal Drive - there maybe some disappoints moving to Monterey.
Monterey contains an EFI Boot ROM included in the Installer. If it does find Non Apple Original Drive - Monterey will balk and make not install at all.

With the above information in-hand - follow this How to get old versions of macOS and verify what version this computer Qualifies to install. For Best results use Safari to commence the download as Others may not work.
Safari will open a redirect and open the Apple Store where the download can commence.
