You have not told us which model Mini nor what iOS verion it is currently running. It appears to be the original iPad Mini which can only be updated to iOS 12.x.x. It lacks the components to run newer software and therefore is probably incompatible with today's Amazon software. You will need a newer iPad to run newer software.
