Iphone 13 Pro Camera issue
I am from Perth and have this phone for 2 1/2 weeks. My main camera has stopped working except when its on 3x or .5x. Have taken it back to telstra but wasted my time.
Most annoying one is that when I open my camera and switch to front camera, screen is blank and front camera not working.
This happens sometimes (not every time), more often after my phone is inactive for few minutes/hours. Then it sometime takes 2-3 tries, then front camera start working, but sometimes I need to close and open app for about 10 times before it works. After short pause of innactivity it happen again.
- I tried to reset all settings
- I tried to reboot my Iphone
- I tried to restore and reload settings through itunes
- I am not using any magnetic accesories
- I have same trouble in other apps like messenger & Facetime
- Face ID works perfectly in all apps all the time
Can anyone help me, how to fix this?
