If I change the LCD or Earpiece of my iphone X,the Face ID will not work?
Unless the replacement of the screen is done by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider, FaceID will not work afterwards. There will also be a notification on the phone that the display has been replaced.

No. Not expectedly. But, Face ID can always have its own issues...

No, an iPhone X original battery will not have 100% health after so many years. So it's probably a replacement battery. Where did you buy this iPhone X?

If you tried to replace the earpiece yourself and now FaceID isn’t working, I’m sorry to say you probably broke something while you were attempting to fix things. It is also unlikely that Apple will be willing to service the phone as it has been opened by someone other than Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider.
