It appears that your iPhone thinks that its display (the screen) has been replaced with an unauthorised one. If you have had the screen replaced, was it done by an authorised Apple repairer?

Parts and service history
With iOS 15.2 and later and iPhone XR, iPhone XS models, and later—including iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation)—you can go to Settings > General > About for the parts and service history of your iPhone. You can also find out if the battery has been replaced. If the replacement was done using genuine Apple parts and processes, "Genuine Apple Part" will appear next to Battery.

It means the display which is the screen of your phone. If it was the battery, it would say “Battery”. If it was the camera, it would say “Camera”.
It IS saying screen. Your 'display’ is your screen.
It didn’t show which part was change ,am confused
The display is unknown, it clearly says in the picture posted by you.
but It doesn’t show if it is ,battery or Camera ,
So it won’t say if it is screen
So it won’t say if it is screen

”Display” means “screen”. The words mean the same thing in this context.
