hello I have been waiting for a very long Time, I have tried to sort this with unidays but they have been of no help, I have also tried to call and it has not been resolved. I did the unidays student offer for the beats flex, had the subscription for 3 months yet I never received any information or emails regarding the earphones. how can I get this resolved?
iPhone X, iOS 16
not sure what unidays is but
if it was me then I would try to reach out to apple
and or
I did the unidays offer but never received my beats flex
