iOS 16.2 cannot group message. Need a fix!

Same issue here. I have SMS enabled. I have group texts enabled. I can send SMS to a single non-apple user. I can send iMessages to groups that contain only apple users. I have restarted messages. I have restarted the phone. I have reset networking settings.

I tried recreating a group manually and sending—failed.

I created a new group with 1 apple user and 1 non—failed.
