If I am in the middle of the wilderness, with no cell service of any kind, and I fall and break my leg, can the Apple Watch Ultra contact emergency services? No iPhone 14. No iPhone. Just me and my watch and not one cell tower, will it talk to the satellites directly to get me help?

Figured. I will still need a locator. Ah well, thanks for the reply.
Even if you had an iPhone 14, I’d recommend. The locators have longer battery life.
