Log into your Apple ID in the app store, and look in your previous purchases, and download Pages from there.
If you have not previously “purchased” and downloaded Pages, I don’t know of a good way to get it directly installed on an older Mac. Not short of using a newer Mac that can run current macOS and current Pages to download it first, and then downloading and using it on the older Mac.
