Two days ago, we actually were switching 3 lines from verizon to spectrum, my phone was only one that wouldn’t unlock, even though verizon said my phone was unlocked and ready to go, even removed sim card and replaced with new carrier card
Already contacted carrier, said phone was unlocked, but checking carrier lock, indicated sim was locked
Did you follow the steps in the link I posted? How long did you wait after the carrier said it was unlocked? It can take a day or two.
