Switching apps in Ventura.

Is there any way to go back to the way app windows were managed prior to Ventura (without uninstalling Ventura)? I don't have Stage Manager on and just want the windows of my apps that are open but not the active one to still be visible underneath my active window, just like they always used to be. I would look at your Desktop Settings...and make some changes.
